It's been a while since I've updated this blog. There never seems to be enough hours in a day.

We've been involved in some great projects over the last few months. The Weathervane in Chapel Hill, NC has a new look. We worked with Laura Covington of LC Interior Designwww.lauracovington.com in the Oak Room. The light oak was transformed into dark rich panels which were complimented by warm cream polished plaster walls. (Photos coming soon).

After completion of the Oak Room we were hired to paint the rest of the restaurant which has a different look and feel to the formal elegant Oak Room. Our days and nights were spent on this project with only a 3 day window for completion. It was what I imagine the behind the scenes of Extreme Home Makeover to be, only more insane. (Photos coming soon). Davide kept his cool the entire time, which would have been much more difficult for me, and is why he is always on site and not me! This continues to be a work in progress. We'll keep you posted.

Another favorite project of ours last month was this office/library in Pittsboro, NC. Here we worked with Interior Designer Sarah Foster. Her description of the room sums it up perfectly: Modern Williamsburg. I love it!

We've done some work at The Federal in Durham this month, we've worked with some old clients and new this month, took a trip to market in High Point for inspiration this month, and I've been able to work on a few art pieces.

Here is the latest now hanging at LIGHT in Carrboro, NC. www.lightartdesign.com
