It's been a while since we've been asked to come up with new finishes. The economy during the past 3 years has put a strain on new ideas for most decorative paint finishes. I am happy to say however, that things seem to be on the upswing which means we can get back to doing what we do best, developing new ideas!

Here are a few photos of 2 new finishes we've used recently.

Both of these have been developed out of the need to lower prices while still creating something new and exciting.

Hope you like them.

The first is based on a finish we typically do using Texton a cement based product. Great product to use but quite expensive for a finish like this. Davide has come up with a way of creating the same type of texture but for a more reasonable price. It's more flexible than texton, can be painted any color and easier to apply than texton. Looks amazing!

Next is a glaze finish which was developed to mimic our scratched plaster finish. It's an alternative that is less expensive than scratched plaster but still has a unique look and feel.
